Windows 10: Windows continually fails to update version 1507. Error code 0x800705b4

Windows continually fails to update version 1507. It may be the case because of another update for Windows Defender trying to install at the same time. The progress bar in the settings menu gets hung on 0%. I've tried Update Troubleshooter, with no results. I've tried error scanning commands, with no results. I've tried restarting my PC completely, keeping and removing files, with no results. I've tried all of the other methods displayed here when the error code 0x800705b4 is searched, with, once again, no results.
