Windows 10: Windows continually printing random characters/numbers/hieroglyphics whenever printing is...

I have an issue where any time I print from an application, whether it be a Windows application, a 3rd party app, the cloud, Adobe, etc., once the print job is complete, random prints begin generating from the printer and cannot be stopped. This is annoying and wasting tons of paper! I am coming to this community with hopes that someone knows/understands the Windows Print spoolers as I suspect there is a corrupt job somewhere in the spooler that is being woken up by the printing activation. I've included a screenshot of what the page looks like when it prints for reference.

vista printing

ok I just got done setting up my new network and i have a laptop with windows vista on it and a sever with windows sever 2003 on it. I have two printers hooked up to my sever a HP Laser Jet 6L and a HP Photosmart C3180 all in one printer when i try to print from my laptop its very slow sometimes office 2007 fezzes when i print from my gameing rig (which is xp home btw) every thing that i print from it is fast. any suggestions?

 

USB printing support

does anyone know if there is a way to kick that 'USB printing support' out of my device manager?
i have a usb hub and if that hub is connected i have an unknown device called 'unknownprinter' which is connected to the usb printing support. i don't need that usb printing support an i don't want any unknown devices in my device manager so i have do get rid of that 'usb printing support'.
any suggestions?

Print Spooler service is your main connector with the printer, and if this service doesn’t work, you won’t be able to print your documents. To assist you with your printing concern, kindly refer to the troubleshooting steps below:

Method 2: Uninstall unnecessary printers

Having two or more printers installed can cause issues with the Print Spooler and printing. Follow the steps below to uninstall any unnecessary printers:

• Press Windows Key + X and select Control Panel from the list.
• When Control Panel opens, locate Devices and Printers.
• In Devices and Printers section select the printer you want to remove and click Print server properties.
• Go to Drivers tab. You should see the list of all installed printers.
• Select the printer you want to remove and click the Remove button.
• Select Remove driver and driver package and click OK to completely remove the printer.
• After removing unnecessary printers, restart your PC.
