Windows 10: Windows corrupt, main hard drive partition not detected

Discus and support Windows corrupt, main hard drive partition not detected in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I've use 16MB cache drives on Win10, can't say I noticed any difference to 64MB cache, sounds like he's trying to make a sale!     I've use 16MB cache drives on Win10, can't say I noticed any difference to 64MB cache, sounds like he's trying to make a sale! Still using 2 of those 500GB WD Blue drives for data in one of my PC's.

    Haha, no he's not trying to make a sale. He is an architect and has nothing to do with selling hard drives. What is the major cause of such hard disk component burns?

    Either bad components, something shorting out or possibly over voltage or current from the PSU, probably worth Googling that particular model of hard drive to see if there are any known issues with it, a few years ago now Fujitsu had to replace a load of drives that were failing after just over a year, due to using a substandard chip, which overheated and killed the drives, I had four of them at the time, three died within a year one kept working.
