    Windows could not start Windows Defender


    Hi,I have troubles with starting Windows Defender / Security Service AND Windows Firewall.I tried everything that I found online,1. The BFE is running, but I can't stop it.2. The Windows Defender / Security Service is not running, they start automatically, however the button to start/stop/restart them are greyed out.3. The Windows Firewall is also not running, but i can press Start. However it says it can't start, and the status is on "Starting" instead of "Running".4. sfc/ scannow result in "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."5. I tried Windows Firewall Trouble

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Windows could not start Windows Defender

    SEtting up automatic updates for windows defender on windows 8

    I have found this on the internet en have set up a task for automatic definitions update for Windows Defender but a window pops up when this starts to run.
    Is there a way to set this without any window popping up so that it just runs in the background?

    Now I'm using
    "C:\Program Files\Windows Defender\MpCmdRun.exe" -SignatureUpdate -MMPC
