Windows 10: "Windows couldn't automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network adapter"...

When I powered on my laptop this morning (I have a k12 loaner laptop for online classes), I logged on to find that no networks available to connect, both the wifi and sound options on the tray had red x's. I managed to fix the sound with troubleshooting, but nothing I have tried has fixed this wireless problem.

I checked for driver updates, none available I tried network reset, nothing changed I ran various command prompt commands, nothing helped I uninstalled the VPN I had downloaded, that didn't help I checked Windows Firewall and the security system on here, both didn't have any changes

I'm not sure what has caused this error, it says the adapter is running fine via settings. I haven't installed an update previous to this incident, and I'm not very computer literate, so I'm helping some of you have any idea what to do.

I upgraded to windows 10 and constantly was getting problems with the wifi connection . After that i installed an ethernet and post that i cannot connect back to the wifi . After running troubleshoot it shows,

I have a All In One Touch Screen Pavilion that was connecting fine to the internet via wifi. But now I cant connect unless its via ethernet cable. After diagnoses a message displays that there might be something wrong with my adapter. When I go into more

I have an HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G3 laptop. Today I've found out that all my network adapters don't work — I can see WiFi Networks and when connecting i have Limited connexion for all cards aven for mobile
or shared connexion via my mobile. The last time it worked fine for sure was two days ago and no updates for winndos during the last 3 days,

Windows troubleshooting gives me the following error:

Windows couldn't automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network adapter

I've found several similar topics on the Internet, but no solution works for me. Here's the list of what I've done with no success:

1. Re-installed the drivers with lastest update from manufacturer website
2. Reset the TCP/IP stack (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/299357).
3. Run "netsh winsock reset".
4. Disabled the IP Helper service.
5. Disabled IPv6 on all my adapters.
6. Disabled and then enabled the adapters in the device manager.
7. Added the DhcpConnEnableBcastFlagToggle flag to the registry.

None of the above seems to have any effect, symptoms are still the same. I'm unable to find anything else on the Internet and out of ideas myself. Any help is highly appreciated.
