Windows 10: Windows creating folders on desktop.

when i restart my laptop, Windows creates 2 folders and 2 files.Folder - logs, packageFiles - .crash, .ntfs_tracsaction_failedCan i please stop this from happening?

Step 2: Click create folder.

Step 3: Name your sparkly, new folder GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} and press enter.

It's working for me. But my new folder option is not working anywhere not in desktop as well as not in file explorer. Whenever I am placing my cursor on new folder option, its first spinning for few seconds then goes to close the file
explorer and refresh the desktop once.
