Windows 10: Windows Critical Up-Date.exe

Every time Windows 10 starts up, we get a notification for permission to run "windows critical up-date.exe" up-date spelled with the '-' from publisher unknown. We have been deigning permission, but is this a valid Microsoft update program or are we being spammed.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
