    Windows date format keeps changing from mmddyyyy to ddmmyyyy


    The date on one of my computers keeps changing from mmddyyyy format to ddmmyyyy format even after i change it back in settings. Also applied GPO on my network to prevent it from reverting but it still does. Checked registry and it is in the normal format there.

    how to change date format

    I don't understand why we can't alter the date format in Defender to ddmmyyyy. It's what the entire world outside the USA uses. I find mmddyyyy difficult to read (and illogical).
