Windows 10: Windows defender buggy text

I think it should be "Videos van de windows community"Why is there /x2019s between it. Is this a bug or is it supposed to look like this?

Windows Defender text not displaying

No changes have been made recently. It was working fine last week. We lost power due to a hurricane on Sunday. When the power came back yesterday. I powered up the PC and Windows installed an update. Everything went fine and booted up into Windows. Half
an hour into use the power went down again for a brief moment. Once I was able to boot back into windows, I clicked on Windows Defender in the task bar and that's when I noticed the problem.

As for the troubleshooting steps I've done so far -

• sfc/scannow (all system files were verified as non corrupt)
• Malware and Virus scans (scans came back clean)
• Windows Defender Offline scan via powershell command line (clean)
• Checked to make sure text scaling was set to default

To troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you check the Windows Defender service if it's running. If you are using a third party spyware/malware program, it may disable the Windows Defender service. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R key.
• Type services.msc.
• Right-click Windows Defender service and click
  Start.
