Windows 10: Windows Defender can't delete a Potentially Unwanted App

Discus and support Windows Defender can't delete a Potentially Unwanted App in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I have Deleted the files. from download folder and the temp folder but still the status is showing active. and in actions there is no option to delete...     Windows Defender can't delete a Potentially Unwanted App


    I have Deleted the files. from download folder and the temp folder but still the status is showing active. and in actions there is no option to delete it.

    Potentially unwanted apps will now be blocked by default in Windows

    Potentially unwanted apps = System Restore, Defender, Edge, Skype, Candy Crush, Cortana, Windows Maps, News, etc. etc. etc.

    Something tells me none of these will not be "blocked".

    Would that it were that simple. Here's what I see in App & browser control

    As you can see, it doesn't show the name of the app it wants to block.
