Windows 10: Windows defender error 0X0800b100

I can't find any explanation for Windows defender error 0x0800b100.


I'd like to know what it means and how to fix it.


Some background. The hard drive crashed and needed to be replaced. The reinstall was done by the manufacturer's service centre.


Any tip or advice is much appreciated
