    please help me

    Windows defender
    showing this all the time "Error loading type library /DLL"

    and

    I think windows defender is not able to scan virus correctly and whenever I turn on my laptop so, its always showing icon of internet explorer and I believe that icon of internet explorer is showing because of virus running in laptop and it is corrupted
    system of my laptop that's why Windows
    defender showing this all the time "Error loading type library /DLL".

    I request you to please help me as soon as possible because I don't want to format my laptop.

    I wish that I could solve this issue without format my laptop.
