Windows 10: Windows Defender finds Trojan:Win32/Dorv.D!rfn, but no other anit virus program

Hi,


windows defender suddenly finds malwareTrojan:Win32/Dorv.D!rfn, but I do not visit insecure sites or download from unknown sources.

windows defender cannot remove it or move it to quarantine and other anti virus programs cannot find anything suspiciousMalwarebytes, micrsoft safety scanner,etc.


What else can I do? maybe it's a bug from windows defender?

Virus: Trojan win32/Tiggre!rfn

Hi,

I get repeating messages regarding Virus: Trojan win32/Tiggre!rfn

Have already run Microsoft Safety Scanner and Full scan with Windows Defender but no virus was found

How can I get rid of it ?

1) Configuration: Windows 8 + Microsoft Office purchased late july.

2) Driver Pack Solution.15.8.Final.Multilanguage.August.2015.Full.Edition\DRP_15.8_Full.iso

3) Recently upgraded to Windows 10

4) Shortly after upgrade, detection of Trojan:Win32/Dorv.D!rfn, firstly by Windows Defender

5) Trojan located in containerfile:C:\Users\.....\Driver Pack Solution.15.8.Final.Multilanguage.August.2015.Full.Edition\DRP_15.8_Full.iso

6) file:C:\Users\.....\Driver Pack Solution.15.8.Final.Multilanguage.August.2015.Full.Edition\DRP_15.8_Full.iso->Drivers\DP_WWAN- 4G_15080.7z->LG/WinAll/i386/LGELTEMB.sys

After detection, Trojan first quarantined then erased (?) by Windows Defender BUT it reappeared the following day

8) Treatment by "Microsoft Safety Scanner" [1.0.3001.0]. Detection of same, and quote partly unquote erased

9) Detected again the following day by Windows Defender, quarantined, eliminated (!!?).

10) Detected again and treated by "Microsoft Safety Scanner" and quote partly unquote erased.

11) Unseen by "Malware bytes" Anti Malware Home Premium 2.1.8.1057, and untreated

12) Unseen by "Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool", and untreated.

Trojan:Win32/Dorv.D!rfn "can perform a number of actions of a malicious hacker's choice on your PC."

QUESTION: Clearly, the Microsoft Office package is/was infected and we are looking for a PERMANENT SOLUTION
to get rid of the Trojan

The problem is that the infection came from Trojan:Win32/Dorv.D!rfn, and you refer to another animal: Trojan:Win32/Dorv.B!rfn.

The devil is in the details! From ‘B’ to ‘D’, just another world!
