4. Start the above services and reboot the device.

Unable to turn on Windows firewall error code 0x800706d9

I keep getting this error code 0x800706d9. I cannot enable the firewall Manually. Its preventing me from installing updates. I am trying to avoid formatting my rig unless I have to. Also Windows defender is disabled as well. I have ran multiple Security
Scans I am Virus and Malware Free so I am not sure what the issue is. I have another Windows 10 Computer In my home I thought about going and copying the files and the replacing them in my computer but I don't which files I need to copy.

when I try to install updates I get error code 0x800706d9. when I look up firewall I get a box to update setting. when I press this nothing happens. I tried to enter firewall clicked enter and got error code 0x6D9.
