    Windows Defender Firewall: Unknown app entries in the "Allow apps to communicate..." section

    As the subject suggests, there's a list of unknown app source entries in the list. I wish to find out if these entries are legit or otherwise, but don't know how, and I was wondering if anyone could help me figure this out.

    The first 8 entry names in the list start with a "@" character and mention Microsoft, but given their weird names, I'm inclined to think that they might not be at all legit:

    - @{Microsoft.Messaging_3.37.23004.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe?ms-resource://Microsoft.Messaging/Resources/AppStoreName}

    - @{Microsoft.Messaging_3.37.23004.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe?ms-resource://Microsoft.Messaging/Resources/AppStoreName}

    (Yes, the first 2 are the same. It's as if somehow they were duplicated)

    - @{Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub_17.10314.31700.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe?ms-resource://Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub/officehubintl/AppManifest_GetOffice_DisplayName}

    - @{Microsoft.OneConnect_5.1807.1991.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe?ms-resource://Microsoft.OneConnect/OneConnect/AppStoreName}

    - @{microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_16005.10827.20137.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe?ms-resource://microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps/hxoutlookintl/AppManifest_OutlookDesktop_DisplayName}

    - @{Microsoft.WindowsStore_11809.1001.8.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe?ms-resource://Microsoft.WindowsStore/Resources/StoreTitle}

    - @{Microsoft.ZuneMusic_10.18081.11121.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe?ms-resource://Microsoft.ZuneMusic/resources/IDS_MANIFEST_MUSIC_APP_NAME}

    - @{Microsoft.ZuneVideo_10.18082.10311.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe?ms-resource://Microsoft.ZuneVideo/resources/IDS_MANIFEST_VIDEO_APP_NAME}

    A few lines down, there's a group of consecutive entries whose names and descriptions are similar to a GUID field value:

    - 4995259c-effc-402a-bae5-36455eed801f

    - 60ba997d-ec49-480a-9c9b-94f5f31927d0

    - 75d12593-6bb5-4b03-84ac-f02be504e2da

    - 7d2b9a79-9abe-4b6d-87a4-304ebf93f0f0

    - 8c8b98b9-05d0-4c36-a349-203794191f3f

    - a1af42e8-a7c7-485d-970a-431bf79b4d3b

    - ad667cec-0fc2-4b9c-9e16-dcc643d88ce6

    - b24d903c-ab90-4a59-9c5d-75a0772e7535

    - b2b5ce29-55ba-4b84-83ba-a1309de1d1d1

    - c5519f8e-5b1b-4c54-a531-e74cbc50ba65

    Out of these 2 groups of entries, the later are the ones that worry me the most. Your help with this issue is greatly appreciated.

    :)
