Windows 10: Windows Defender help

So I was going through some notepad commands that use .vbs or whatever and one specific command, this one:

Set wshShell =wscript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")

do

wscript.sleep 100

wshshell.sendkeys "{CAPSLOCK}"

wshshell.sendkeys "{NUMLOCK}"

wshshell.sendkeys "{SCROLLLOCK}"

suddenly, windows defender detected threats, and quarantined the .txt file which contained above code, I made another .txt file with this code, boom, windows defender notification, and the document gets quarantined

If it helps, here's something from the article: Your keyboard has three LEDs above numpad of Scroll Lock, Caps Lock and Num Lock. This Notepad trick will make those three LED continually on and off, creating dancing effects.

So this is what the command is supposed to do

Now is this code actually malicious?

Or is it considered a Trojan because it instructs my keyboard to do something?

Another command I used from the article was this:

• Open Notepad
• Type X=Msgbox("Message Here",0+16,"Title Here")
• Replace Message Here and Title Here with your Error Message and Error-Window Title respectively.
• Save the file with error.vbs.
• Now, click the file and you’ll get your custom-made Windows error message.

It wasn't stopped by defender, all it seems to do is open up a msgbox, it's quite obvious it's harmless, but maybe there's something I don't understand?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I would suggest you to open Windows defender and add exclusions and check if it helps. Follow the steps to add exclusions in windows Defender.

• 
  Type Windows defender settings in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Under Exclusions click on Add Exclusion

I would suggest you to try the below methods and check:

Method 1:

I would suggest you to run virus scan to make sure the computer is free from virus.

Method 2:

Turn the Defender on. Follow the below steps:

• In search, type Defender.
• Now make the option ON by moving the slider accordingly.

Method 3: Run the SFC.

Follow the below steps:

• Open Command Prompt.

• Select “Run as Administrator”.
• Type “sfc /scannow” without quotes and hit
  Enter.

Now check for the issue.
