Windows 10: windows defender in win 10

windows defender got a yellow icon and whenever i try to deal with it in app and browser control section it asks me that '' do u want to allow this app '' how can i remove that yellow icon without getting any risk to my computer's security.i tried to cap video recording but it skipped the error.https://youtu.be/95ZWkHXIs4Mfew days ago i browsed a youtube and clicked on a youtube app, it was downloaded and never found any option to delete that.. now i think defender is blocking that app cuz that app has become vanished after that incidence.
