Windows 10: windows defender isn't removing a certain virus completely

I tried full scan/ offline scan several times without any luck.. a full scan finds the threat and I did take actions to remove it

but in the scan after it the threat still appears.. I repeat and still get the threat each time.

now without even scanning..i get the notification of having a threat on my pc yet I find nothing in windows defender scan

How do I remove/disable McAfee and Defender so I can run AVG?

I noticed on my computer I have both mcafee and defender...defender doesn,t appear in the list of programs, I believe it is part of the operating system..Does anyone know how to disable it. I understand it isn,t a strong protector...Mcafee does appear
in my programs and I could delete it. I would like both of them to go away so I could put on AVG....

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
