  1. Windows Defender says it has bypassed object(s) after quick checkup

    Hello,

My PC's antivirus Windows Defender executed a quick checkup today. When it was done I had normal 0 potential threats. Things got weird after that, because for some reason Windows Defender reported that it had bypassed files in checkup because of exception in settings. When I clicked that notification, it showed me a list where all exceptions are supposed to be listed, but it was empty. Is this kind of error normal, or should I be worried about possible viruses?

    Windows Defender - Quick Scan

Windows defender no longer offers a quick scan option.

    My options are:

    • Scan
    • Advanced Scan
    • Full Scan
    • Custom Scan
    • Windows Defender Offline scan
Whichever option I check, the scan will need to run for hours to complete.

    Is a quick scan available?

How do I restore this feature?

Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this
How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)

    Step-by step overclocking in Wattman
    Fan speeds
    Power limit
    Temp limit
    Voltages
