Windows Defender is not getting rid of the Trojans. Does anyone have suggestions?

  3. Windows Defender will not clean a malagent!gmb trojan infection

My Windows 10 system got infected with malagent!gmb, a severe threat Trojan. Windows Defender identified the problem, but when instructed to clean it, went away and huffed and puffed for awhile, before coming back with a "not enough memory" response.

I read some other suggestions and used Malwarebytes to clean out the infection. It confirmed the problem with a scan and then quarantined the Trojan and said it was ok with a clean post-scan. Windows Defender scan afterwards disagreed though saying the
infection was still right where it was before. Since then Kaspersky scans with tdsskiller and their virus removal tool both showed no infection. Also Superantispyware's utility showed no infection.

Windows Defender still shows the following (same as the original notification):

Windows Defender showing this trojan amsiuac: pid:000032B0 a8d2b8b0-b0db-4c93-bbb0-f547385e170b.jpg

After clicking on "Clean" with Windows Defender and letting it run for awhile,, once to remove it as recommended, then again to quarantine it if that makes a difference, and the following notice appears:

Windows Defender showing this trojan amsiuac: pid:000032B0 50cf5cba-3985-4f8c-bafe-f2f1a5db5158.jpg

When a scan is now run, it still shows a problem.

    What should I do next?

    Thanks in advance, Richard Cross

    Brocoiner!rfn trojan and windows defender

    Good Evening,

I started getting messages yesterday that Windows Defender had found malware and was removing it. Windows Defender is green, check marked and has the latest update. I have run quick and full scans and Defender says it is happy. However, in the history section
I found Brocoiner!rfn listed many times as quarantined and deleted it. Every few minutes I get a new message and the trojan is back in the quarantine section. How do I permanently get rid of this malware and hopefully the ongoing notifications? Thank you.
