Windows 10: Windows defender virus and security page is not visible and it shows the message as consult...

Windows Defender Security Center Page Not Available

According to the updated documentation for the Windows Defender Security Center app, it looks like this message would be generated when a page was hidden by Group Policy:

So you can check to see what’s missing in the WDSC, and then try unhiding the page(s) with the Group Policy settings, or by modifying the corresponding registry entries with the set of tutorials that was published by Shawn Brink here:

Or you can probably just manually delete the problematic entries in the WDSC
Policies folder:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender Security Center\

On the other hand, it's also possible that this might be the effect of some deeper issue.

I would suggest you to try the below methods and check:

Method 1:

I would suggest you to run virus scan to make sure the computer is free from virus.

The Microsoft Safety Scanner is a free downloadable security tool that provides on-demand scanning and helps remove virus, spyware, and other malicious software. It works with your existing antivirus software.

Method 2:

Turn the Defender on. Follow the below steps:

• In search, type Defender.
• Now make the option ON by moving the slider accordingly.

Method 3: Run the SFC.

Follow the below steps:

• Open Command Prompt.

• Select “Run as Administrator”.
• Type “sfc /scannow” without quotes and hit
  Enter.

Now check for the issue.

Windows Defender Security - Virus & Threats

Sounds as if you might have another Anti-Virus program installed...

If you want to use Windows Defender, uninstall the other AV (also use its specific removal tool from this

List of anti-malware product removal tools ). Then reboot and Windows Defender should be automatically re-enabled.
