Windows 10: Windows Defender what do I do about you

Got a problem with Windows Defender he has issue with Miracast and uninstalls it. As soon as we're cast gone wife is gone and I'm left with a half installed driver getting a USB driver extension you think would be the solution but it is not if we were playing football this would be the other teams play. Now since you know this I must tell you that I purchased another computer the exact same one because everyone here Microsoft did their best to try help me no question about that on the other hand when I went to the manufacturer there are answers word not even close 2 my question I think they get a rise out of making people more frustrated. So left me with no choice as I said I purchased another computer and I took the guts out and put them guts in my computer I took my guts you put it in the new one then returned it. Sorry it had to be that way but it is what it is now the real question is I am in the middle of disabling Windows Defender Firewall what have you but no sooner than I sign into Microsoft Windows starts in on its update I turned off my hotspot I disconnected to Wi-Fi I shut the computer down because I don't want this to happen again for some reason when I open up settings click on security at update i see windows security blah blah blah when I click on them enable disable on and off it's not there I'm not fast enough do you know where to find it is where it is now one more question if I'm using my Hotspot Miracast is running but is Miracast running when I use public Wi-Fi and if there's anyone out there that could help me I wish they would

Windows Defender problem

To troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you check the Windows Defender service if it's running. If you are using a third party spyware/malware program, it may disable the Windows Defender service. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R key.
• Type services.msc.
• Right-click Windows Defender service and click
  Start.

Windows update and windows defender issues

We suggest you to avoid installing any cleaner or anti-virus software that may interrupt the function of Windows Defender. Make sure that Windows Defender is always on. To do this follow these steps:

• On the Start menu, type Windows Defender and hit enter.
  
• Click Settings.
  
• Turn Real-time protection on.
