Windows 10: Windows Defender won't open

Hi,For a while now I have been unable to open Windows Defender I am using Windows 11 Pro. I suspect I have Malware, since my RAM 8 GB is always at 90%, even when idle. I have had no issues with my RAM in the past 3 years.I upgraded to Microsoft 365, hoping to receive support but I am unable to access it. Whenever I try to open support.microsoft I receive an error message "access denied":You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/surface?" on this server.Reference #18.8cc61cb8.1720618457.7c32f3a I tried different browsers, as well as using incognito mode. Nothing work

Windows won`t open an program when using Microsoft user

Windows won`t open an program when I try to open it with Microsoft account user, but when I login with local account, that program opens. I have tried with 2 Microsoft accounts, 1 admin and 1 normal user, and it won`t open in either one of them. What can cause this?

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.

  Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter.
