Windows 10: 我的windows defender出现了问题

我之前通过Microsoft edge在网上下载了一个zip，检测出病毒，并自动删除，但是在此之后，我的windows defender就一直显示那个病毒还存在，但是我已经把文件删除了，而且defender中显示的病毒路径也确实不存在。另外，defender显示那个病毒存在的时候，我无法删除（事实上已经被删除了），而且在某些页面显示是无威胁（完整威胁记录页面中显示无威胁），有些页面显示的是存在威胁（windows defender主界面中提示有威胁）。请问该怎么办呢？

To troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you check the Windows Defender service if it's running. If you are using a third party spyware/malware program, it may disable the Windows Defender service. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R key.
• Type services.msc.
• Right-click Windows Defender service and click
  Start.

Windows update and windows defender issues

We suggest you to avoid installing any cleaner or anti-virus software that may interrupt the function of Windows Defender. Make sure that Windows Defender is always on. To do this follow these steps:

• On the Start menu, type Windows Defender and hit enter.
  
• Click Settings.
  
• Turn Real-time protection on.

We also recommend you to install the latest update for Windows Defender.
