Windows 10: Windows defender

I've been converting a lot of programs to .exe for a while now. Until recently, Windows Security alerted me that they could be dangerous (which they weren't; I made them) but ultimately left the final decision to me. Starting today, Windows Security began a systematic purge of all my .exe files and prevents me from remaking them. When I try to access the settings, I get this:




If I follow the suggestion to the Microsoft store, I get this:





Resolving the lack of Windows Security is my primary concern. My second concern is making it not the final arbiter, but, once WS works, that seems like it should follow naturally. My third is whether or not there's a way to reclaim the files it deleted.

Windows Defender problem

To troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you check the Windows Defender service if it's running. If you are using a third party spyware/malware program, it may disable the Windows Defender service. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R key.
• Type services.msc.
• Right-click Windows Defender service and click
  Start.

Let us know the result.

Installing Apps on Windows 10 Has Windows Defender Finding Malware

I would suggest you to open Windows defender and add exclusions and check if it helps. Follow the steps to add exclusions in windows Defender.

  Type Windows defender settings in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Under Exclusions click on Add Exclusion
