Windows 10: Windows Defender

Hello!

For a while, i have problems with Windows Defender. When this problem appears, i just reinstall windows but i'm done by doing this. I don't know from what or if it is an application guilty but i hope you can help me with this.


So i just woke up and i don't see the icon in taskbar at the arrow anymore of Windows Defender. When i launch WD from Start it doesn't show me anything, i can't install apps from Microsoft Store anymore, and i can't update my windows anymore, these are the problems and them are togheter.


I tried: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth - Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth - Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

typing in CMD run As Administrator and "sfc/scannow". These didn't helped me.


I don't see in services "Windows Update", "Windows Defender" or something else.


Please help me because i'm sick to reinstall Windows every time this happens and honestly i don't know what is causing this.







And also, the error code at Windows Update is: 0x80080005

Windows Defender problem

To troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you check the Windows Defender service if it's running. If you are using a third party spyware/malware program, it may disable the Windows Defender service. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R key.
• Type services.msc.
• Right-click Windows Defender service and click
  Start.

Let us know the result.

 

Windows update and windows defender issues

We suggest you to avoid installing any cleaner or anti-virus software that may interrupt the function of Windows Defender. Make sure that Windows Defender is always on. To do this follow these steps:

• On the Start menu, type Windows Defender and hit enter.
  
• Click Settings.
  
• Turn Real-time protection on.

We also recommend you to install the latest update for Windows Defender.
