Use My Win10 For Virtual Machine?

Microsoft has released its
October 2016 update of virtual machines for developers. These installs contain:

• Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation, Version 1607
• Visual Studio 2015 Community Update 3 (Build 14.0.25425.01)
• Windows developer SDK and tools (Build 14393)
• Microsoft Azure SDK for .NET (Build 2.9.5)
• Windows Bridge for iOS (0.2.160927)
• Windows UWP samples (October 2016 Update)
• Windows Bridge for iOS samples
• Bash on Ubuntu on Windows

As with previous releases, you can run these VMs in Hyper-V, Parallels, VirtualBox, or VMWare. The evaluation versions expire in 90 days; fully licensed packages are also available but require a Windows 10 Pro key.

should i install insider build on windows 10 enterprise

Windows 10 Insider builds are versions of Windows 10 still under development. If you are using your Windows 10 Enterprise installation in a production environment, I recommend you not do so.

What you can do is either setup a partition or install a copy of Windows 10 Enterprise 90 day trial in a virtual machine such as Hyper-V, then join the Insider program.
