    Hp Pavilion 500 [Error 0xc000000f] Recovery Manager program is not picking up new [Western Digital My Passport] Harddrive

    Hello!

    I am trying to store / back up my files with through the HP recovery program and I recently bought a $90 external harddrive but my computer is not picking it up through the Recovery Manager tool. It DOES pick it up in Bios and my USB stick (16g) ALSO gets
    picked up by the recovery tool - but I am trying to save over 200 GB worth of files. Please Help!!!

    You can use the Windows Device Recovery Tool to go back to Windows Phone 8.1 and then download the Windows Insider app from the Store and jump into either the Slow or Release Preview rings to pick up the latest build for your phone.
