Windows 10: windows didn't load correctly

it seems that every second day I get the blue screen telling me that windows didn't load correctly. This is usually when I open it up to get back to work. I often have to run analyses over night and therefore leave the laptop on. Getting to it the next day and finding it shut down is making it very difficult for me to work with this system.I have a brand new dell xps13 with windows 11. Surely this should not happen? Also lots of glitches in Microsoft office graphics.Could you please advise what I can do to stop the blue screen and this recovery mode restart.And please let me know in lay terms,

Notification didn´t appear

Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.
