    So my computer has been perfect and nothing has ever been wrong with the audio, well, now it has. I tried to watch YouTube on the computer, and I noticed there's no sound. So like I always do, I click the volume up button and, it didn't work. I see the muted sign on the sound icon in the screen, but it just doesn't turn on, I tried turning it up manually in the little menu in the bottom right hand side, but it doesn't show the usual blue bar that you can drag to the side and change the volume, it is instead a gray bar that I can't drag to the side.     I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Sometimes when i want to use the headphones, i connect them to my computer and then the audio doesn´t work, so i need to restart my computer and the audio returns, so my question is, why this happen? i don´t want to restart my pc everytime that i need the
