Windows 10: Windows dosen't let me install a Pokemon TCGO Game Installer

I downloaded a Pokémon TCGO Game Installer, but when I try to install it, it shows the following error message:


The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation.


What should I do?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I know its weird to ask and I might sound stupid to some people but im trying to play Pokémon TCGO but for some reason its not running so I decided to troubleshoot and it said it was incompatible but it worked in windows 8 why doesn't it work now?

same happens here.

Under Windows 7 the Pokemon TCGO-Game worked but now after having Windows 10 installed it get's every time the same error and most of the interaction elements have just their placeholders in it and not the translation.

I think it is an issue of the Game itself because there are other reasons why I think this is a really bad programmed app but nevertheless, it worked before and my son is very unhappy about that.

I think it has something to do with new user rights management or so 'cause you can not repair or uninstall the game just from the programs list, you have to click 'modify' and then 'repair' or 'uninstall' else you get the following error 'Zugriff auf die
Netzwerkadresse Property.USER_PROFILE war nicht möglich', whatever the network address Property.USER_PROFILE is, looks more like rights problems not network problems to me!
