Windows 10: Windows Education

So I am looking to purchase a new computer. I am noticing a lot of new versions of windows. From the research I am noticing that windows education is the best one to get but it seems to have limitations like you must be an activate student with a school email. What if I am not a student? If I purchase a new computer with education preinstalled can I still use it? I dont want to buy a new computer and not be able to use it. All the forums I have read say you need an edu or business email to use it. So do I need one? Or is that only when you upgrade? Can preinstalled versions use personal emails and not be tied to a school or business?

Windows Education Issue

Are you have Windows 10 Education installed?

To find out if you have the right edition installed:

Click Start > Settings > Update & security > Activation > Edition.

If you don't have the right edition installed, you will need to download and install it.

Step 1:

Download Windows 10 Education ISO files

If you attend a college or university, your institution might provide you with the Education edition of Windows 10. If you are only provided with a license (product key), you can download the .ISO file from the Microsoft Download Academic Products website.

Scroll down then enter your Windows 10 Education product key, then click verify





Step 2: Create a bootable copy:

Windows 10S to Windows 10 Education

Just to be safe, I would first recommend you upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, then perform the Easy Upgrade to Windows 10 Education.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
