Windows 10: Windows Error code Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download...

I am having problems updating my windows . IT gives me Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: 0x80070570. I did a clean reset but it still is happenning. I also ram sfc/scan now. IT stops at 18.6% and gives me the error 483. Tried chkdsk as well but it is stuck at 10% for 2 hours. Also I am having difficulty installing programs on my pc. I even downgrade to 1809 from 1903. BUT still the problem exists.

Vista x64 won't download updates?

The last updates on my home desktop are dated 16th June.
I've powered it on some 3 or 4 times since then, but nothing was downloaded automatically as per settings.

I tried the manual update from the CP but I get an error code 80070002.

I did the troubleshooting suggested (i.e. stop the Windows Update service, delete the temporary update files, restart the Windows Update service, and then try to check for Windows updates again) but I still keep getting the same error code, even after rebooting *Confused

What gives?

I activated my Windows 10 from product key Windows 7

 

Error code 0x800f0906 downloading NET 3.5

I've tried https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...-update-errors and it doesn't work. I have Windows 10. For the website, step 2 just didn't work. For step 3 , it seems my update history was wiped after updating to Windows 1703. For step 4, it's the same error code, saying source files could not be downloaded.
