My apps keep crashing specifically video games I'm getting this specific error code from the event viewer, does anyone know what the issue is so I can fix it?

Error 1001

Hello,

I am getting a few 1001 Error and was recommended to Microsoft Fix It tool but it is not working for windows 10 as listed. I was hoping if there was a work around for this since I have tried using an older version of the software and I don't want to rollback
to windows 8.1.
