    hi Microsoft team and community,


    My windows10 just got its first error after reinstalling 2 days ago.

    It says kernel-power error in event viewer and I got BSOD kernel-error.

    The BSOD occurred after I got definition update Microsoft Defender Antivirus KB2267602 ver 1.321.534.0 Aug 4, 2020 5 am.


    Before that, no error happened in my system, I even did a photoshop, after effects and blender 3d render work which used a lot of resources from my system after clean installation on Aug 2-3 2020. After this update installed Microsoft Defender Antivirus KB2267602 ver 1.321.534.0 today, my system got its first error.

    Please help and is there any way to uninstall this update since I can't see it in my installed updates?

    I've uninstalled default installed skype app as it gave a lot of error in event viewer.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
