Windows 10: Windows exits and then gets back continuously

This is the 2nd time that this appended to me. The 1st time I reinstalled windows... but it started again...


When I'm in a window it exitsbut keps showing the window, if I'm writing something it stops typing and right after that gets back to it and this loops without stopping

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Thank you for responding.

I suggest you to try the below steps to exit from the Safe mode on Windows 10.

Steps to place the computer in normal mode.

• Press Windows + R keys to open
  Run command.
• Type msconfig and press
  Enter.
• In the System Configuration window, click on
  General tab.
• Select Start-up selection as
  Normal startup, click on Apply
  and Ok.
• Follow onscreen instructions.
