Windows 10: Windows Explorer cant read storage

Hey I have a HP Buddy v250W 8GB. When I plug it into my PC it would read it .But windows explorer takes 5 minutes to show the USB and still wont read the storage I have tried every single way on the internet but it wont. I have done uninstallation of USB drivers, I have tried the Disk Management. But there is no sign of it being read. I cannot send files. I cannot read files. I cannot open the USB. I can only see it in device manager and its properties from there. But if I check the properties from the Windows explorer, MY LAPTOP CRASHES. Help Me fix this issue Microsoft

Windows Explorer Replacement?

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

1. Are you referring to reading list app?

If you are using reading list app so I would suggest you to run windows app troubleshooter to fix issue.

Follow the below steps.

• Go to control panel and select troubleshooting then in top left corner of your screen select view all.
• 
  Click on windows store app and click on it and run it.
  

I want to inform you. You can sort, group, and arrange items in a folder or library view by an added column (detail) in ascending or descending order in windows 10 file explorer.
