  1. Windows Factory Reset Failed and now stuck in hp logo boot loop

So today, I have decided to reset my pc and it just got stuck in a nonstop start up loop. When I was resetting my PC to it's default settings, it stopped in the middle of the reset and gave me a message saying "Error: No changes has been made" or something similar. I shouldn't have done it again but I tried to reset it once more. The same message popped up around 30% and when I finally thought it was time to choose the "turn off" option, my computer shut down. When i boot it up later, it was stuck in the start up hp logo and wouldn't load or anything, it was just a cycle of hp logos one after the other... I am very sad at this point. I do not know all my specs but I have a HP Pavilion that came with 8 GB of ram and 1 TG of hard drive space. I have AMD Radeon for some drivers. It is stuck in the HP logo start up and won't stop. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for not knowing computers well.

    :)

  2. Nokia Lumia 530 stuck at boot

    Hi!

My Lumia 530 randomly rebooted by itself and stuck in a boot loop. It shows the Nokia logo, then the Windows logo and restarts. I've tried factory reset, but it didn't solve the problem.

Is there anything else I can do?

Sounds like you need to remove the Bios Battery and then reinstall the battery. How old is the PC, 3+ years, it may need a new battery?

  6. I do not need any data on my desktop and I do not know how to burn a Windows install from another computer onto a floppy disc or dvd if that's what you are talking about. More details would be appreciated but thank you for your time

"I do not know how to burn a Windows install from another computer onto a floppy disc or dvd if that's what you are talking about. More details would be appreciated but thank you for your time"

I think a fresh install from external media is the way to go, in your situation. If you have another computer (which I presume you're on, in order to post here) all you need to know about making a Windows 10 install DVD or USB drive is on this Microsoft page -
    Windows 10

Read and follow the directions starting at "Looking to install Windows 10 on your PC?", taking care after you download the Media Creation Tool to select the EXACT version of Windows that you're on, the correct language and correct 32 or 64 bit. I think a DVD is easiest to start. Insert and the Windows installation options will auto start and follow prompts. Be patient, the progress bar does not accurate reflect the actual progress but expect 1-2 hr process. You should then have a new, clean Windows 10 installation.

If you can provide a few more details, more Help will come your way. What OS did this desktop come with, 10 Home or Pro, other or an older OS than you upgraded from ? Did you ever create a recovery drive from the HP Recovery Drive (this is the exact situation to deploy this, you were entitled to make one copy) or have recovery discs (less likely these days) ? Did you ever make System Restore point that you can reach from the Windows 10 Recovery Console, then Advanced Troubleshooting Options, by powering off and then IMMEDIATELY and REPEATEDLY hitting a hot key (f11 on my HP laptop) ? Let us know your progress and Good Luck.

  9. I do not have an extra computer to burn Windows 10 onto a DVD. I am on my phone to type this and I have a few questions. Am I able to burn a DVD on a library conputer? If I use the DVD to install Windows 10, does it effect the hardrive in anyway? What caused this loop? And should I just take it to geek squad and have them look at it or some other minor repair place that might be cheaper? Thank you for your time bro.

If it is a Store Bought HP Computer it should have a special key press eg F2 or F12 ? ( check manual or online at HP for your Manual ), to return the computer to FACTORY condition , you will however lose everything on the Computer , your Documents, photos etc though.

If it was Win8 before? , that's ok , you can then reinstall Win10 with the Upgrade Option .

I have to tell you there is an internal battery in All Computers (Desktops and Laptops), that manages the clock and maintains the BIOS settings. If you open the case you will see a silver disk about the size of a Quarter that is on the motherboard of a Desktop PC. Laptops also have this battery, a small plugged one, besides having the bigger battery to run the Laptop.

This is the battery that I am telling you that may need to be replaced, even if you are plugged in all the time.
