    Your system partition is 260 MB - usually 450 MB for UEFI/GPT (500 MB for BIOS/MBR)

    Launch Command Prompt (Admin) and type the following commands - post a screen shot

    diskpart

    lis dis
    lis vol

    sel dis 0
    lis par

    exit
    I suspect that the MSR (hidden partition) might be preventing the System partition from growing.

    I'll wait for the Speccy and the above requested output before moving forward
