Windows 10: windows fault bucket

hi, I have bought this pc about three months ago. I've been getting a windows fault bucket every time i shutdown or put it on sleep mode. it just freezes the computer and i cant turn it of except by turning the power off.

I got error when I opened Photoshop CC 2017(Initially it worked perfectly, and don't know why suddenly gone down, therefore, I suppose the problem may occur on operation system but not Adobe). In the Event
Viewer, the error code is "Fault bucket 120606218217, type 4".

Could anyone help me to solve it?

BSOD - multiple fault buckets are possible cause?

Hello, I am assisting some friends fixing their computer and I'm trying to Isolate the error. I was hoping to have assistance to diagnosing said error. In the windows error reporting I have noticed they have had multiple fault buckets over the past few months.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
