Windows February 11 and February 13 automatic updates resulted in error msg "We can't sign...

Automated updates recently applied to Windows 10 resulted in my inability to log into my account.

I can see all of my files when I reboot in Safe Mode.

I was able to recover three times by doing a Restore from a previous checkpoint but the auto updates clobbered me again each time.

Looks like Security Update KB4532691 and Windows Updates KB4534131 and KB4486153 which dealt with changes in .NET Framework 3.5 may be the culprit.

I have tried rebooting several times after going into Safe Mode. I have renaming the SoftwareDistribution file to prevent the windows update. Each attempt results in the "We can't log into your account" error.

Would applying the Windows 1909 update help?

How can I recover and get back into my system without having to create a new user profile and reloading software?

Help! I need my PC for work!

    :)

This page doesn't mention Version 1909 and it's not being offered on Build 18363.628 which is now downloading Build 18363.657.
    KB4524244 Security update for Windows 10 - February 11

EDIT: after some searching I found both editions on WU but they were well hidden in the list.
