Windows 10: Windows file system driver filter driver

I am looking for any info on a feature/regkey/public Microsoft API that will allow me to do provide a list of bad filenames.

I need a hard-block for specific files that I consider security threat due to their ability to execute arbitrary code, even if from a authorized account. So the file-system so that any attempts by windows update, INF copy file, or msi installers (including invocation from privileged Administrator accounts and TrustedInstaller) from ever creating a file with specific name.

I am NOT looking for a mechanism to block execution of files already on the system, I need a way to prevent them from ever getting to the system in the future as they are coming from a 3rd party that is constantly figuring out some new deployment method to the local system.

At the moment, the only viable solution I have is running such a windows10 environment in a Virtual machine where the hypervisor can scan and roll back the storage image, but its so crude.

What is ANOD Network Security Filter Driver...

I apologize for the delay in response.

I would like to inform that "ANOD Network Security Filter Driver" is not a component of Windows and appears to be installed with some D-Link software and may be used for network management.

I suggest you to download the version of this software from the manufacturer's website and try to install it in compatibility mode on Windows 10 and check if it helps.

You can install Windows 8/8.1 drivers in compatibility mode if there are no Windows 10 compatible drivers.

Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode.

• Download the updated driver from the manufacturer’s website.
• Right click the driver installation file and select
  Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
  
• Tap or click the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click
  OK.
• Try installing the driver and check.

Its working fine with windows 8.1 64bit . Dont need enable driver enforce when you restart computer.

Step 1 : Copy file RTKVHD64.sys ( Driver mod ) to folder Vista64 in orginal driver .
Step 2 : Enable Driver Signature Enforcement
Step 3 : Setup Driver from step 1 , Dont Restart .
Step 4 : Turn on DTS 5.1 format .
Step 5 ; Disable Driver Realtek in Driver manager
Step 6 : Copy file RTKVHD64.sys ( original Driver ) in Vista 64 (Original Driver ) to C:\system 32\Drivers
Step 7 : Restart computer then enable driver realtek in Driver manager .
DTS 5.1 disappear in format sounds but it still working . You dont need change format sound.
