Windows 10: Windows Folder Custom Icon over LAN

Hi,


I've got a folder with a few sub-folders. Each subfolder I have created a custom icon for. The folder is Shared on my LAN.


When i access the folder from another computer, by default, it seems to load the default folder icon, not the custom icon I've set it to.


Is this working properly? If so, how can I change it so that my custom folder icons are cached across the network?


Basically, I want to set my custom folder icons and see them set that way from any computer on the network.

Changing and locking a custom icon to a folder?

I want to change a few folders icons and fix the icon to the folder so if its moved to other computers the icon wont change is there any way of doing this thanks,

 

How to make vista display same icon size for all opened folders in explorer ?

i dont think this answers the question , how do i make all icons in all folders appear "Large Icons" .
