Windows 10: Windows font and sizes messed up

A lot of default font and size settings are messed up for me. The default font appears very skinny, the size is tiny, scroll bars are suddenly so thin you can barely see them and the window title bar size is tiny (probably due to the lower font size).

I'm a developer myself and know the Windows system very well. I have tried all common settings to fix this. I've had this issue once before in which case I solved it by changing my region back and forth. I think at its core it's a region issue as each region has some default values for fonts that should get applied.

However I can't get it to work now and having all my apps look so off is really bugging me. Is there are any way to fix/reset this?

  Type fonts on the search bar and select it.
  
• 
  Click on change font size from the left pane.
  
• 
  Make changes according.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if you are able to change the font size.

• 
  open Kindle app
  
• 
  Hamburger icon on the top left
  
• 
  Then select settings
  
• 
  Click on options and check if you are able to find options for font settings
  

You can try this short cut by pressing Ctrl button with scrolling your mouse to zoom the screen size.

Internet Explorer 11 Menu font size

Hi Larry,

Follow these steps to change the font size in IE11:

• Click Start menu or press Windows key on your keyboard.
• Type and click Control Panel.
• Click Appearance and Personalization and under Display, click
  Make text other items larger or smaller.
• Under Change only the text size, choose the Title bars
  in the drop-down menu and the desired font size on the drop-down menu beside it.
