Windows 10: Windows for gaming?

Is there a windows for gamers, Not with all the adware, online store features, All the telemetry, I just wanna play games and not have so many things run in the back ground... I don't use one drive at all, I don't use skype, I don't use all the things forced into windows, And now I am considering Linux, Just because so much features in windows I DONT USE, I am a gamer not a office worker I dont see the point of all these "features" bloating my operating system when I am just here to play games and have them run smoothly...

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I suggest to run the game in compatibility mode by following the steps below and check if it helps.

  Right click on the ‘Setup’ icon for the game and click on properties.
  
• 
  Under Compatibility tab, check the option for ‘Run in Compatibility mode’.

  Select Windows 8.1 from the drop down list.
  
• 
  Click on Apply and then OK.
