    Windows freeze


    I upgraded from 7 to 10, clean install. It froze mid-installation, freezes on startup, on shutdown, or randomly while the computer is on. Once it freezes, there's nothing I can do but restart.

    Before upgrading, Win 7 had minor freezes when the PC was idle. My friends and I tried various things the past 3 days to no avail. We decided to downgrade to Win 8.1, same problem. Then we completely gave up on it and downgraded back to Win 7, but now even Win 7 freezes, I can barely get past the startup screen. Sometimes it's stuck on startup with a blackscreen and the cursor visible. It even freezes on safe mode.

    While on Win 10 we ONCE had an error code "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR"

    Motherboard

    GPU
    MSI GeForce RTX 2060 6GB Ventus XS OC

    Hard Drive
    223GB SanDisk SDSSDA240G ATA Device (SATA (SSD))

    Power Supply
    600 Watt

    Temperature is around 30-40 °C when idle.

    all games crash!

    ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
