    Windows freezes frequently

I have an 8 year old pc. I got it upgraded from windows 7 ultimate to windows 10 pro an year ago.

From few days a problem is happening like when I open a tab of a chrome or run a medium application the application doesn't respond and if i try to open the taskbar the whole pc freezes and after 3-4 minutes it starts working fine and after 10 minutes same thing happens. I wasn't even able to run zoom properly for online classes. I thought it's windows 10 problem or it has been corrupted so I downgraded my pc again to windows 7 ultimate and the same thing happened again and again. I am also not able to run one chrome tab properly. The hardisk is working fine and the pc doesn't have any boot problem. The temperature of the pc remains fine also got it serviced. Can anyone please help me any help is appreciated.

    Specs- Intel core i3-2100

    4gb ddr4 ram

    Nvidia GeForce 210 graphics card

Gigabyte motherboard- doesn't know exactly which model

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
