Windows 10: windows freezing

Hi. i recently installed a "windows 10 pro" on my laptop and after 30/40 minutes working on my laptopinstalling drivers... it suddenly freezes and won't comeback to normal at all. so i have to shut it down with holding "power key" and turn it on again but it doesn't turn on and freezes in loading page!

I tried restoring windows, actually it worked! but after 30 minutes same thing happens again :

I'm really upset about it and i don't know what to do.

should I take it to a Representation or i can fix it by myself?

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
