Windows 10: Windows frozen

Hi there. My Windows 10 has been frozen for 2 days. it's not deadlocked and the cursor moves, however nothing responds and even the time and date are 2 days back. I had some important unsaved files open. Can anything be done to save them?


Can't alt F4

Can't Ctrl Alt Del

Can't switch windows

Can't click on anything


Is there anything else

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
