Windows 10: Window's glitch

Ok so the other day I noticed a white line appearing under the taskbar at the bottom of my screen, very minor so I ignored it. Today though if I access anything in a search engine the bar grows a little thicker so I tried to look into solutions, I tried everyones methods of screen resolution and such but none of it did anything really. So I put up with it until literally a couple of hours ago the screen started freaking out, it was only about the bottom 20% of the screen but it kept doing a glitch like the screen was broken where a path travelled up making everything look glitched out before resetting and doing it again over and over. I can provide a little vid of it if needed, I recorded what it looked like with my phone. I then did an update for my computer and restarted it, for the moment that seemed to fix everything. But an hour later and that white bar is back.. any help would be appreciated.

Not sure where I can post the possible vid to show it but I have it just in case, this is also on a Dell gaming laptop running windows 10 if that info is needed

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Glitching After Updating To Windows 10

Display errors might have caused by an incompatible drivers. For us to isolate the issue, we would like to know the following:

• What is the
  build number and version of your Windows?
• When you say glitch, does it mean that the screen flickers?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• What is the make and model of your Windows 10 laptop?

In the meantime, we suggest that you update the graphics driver of your Windows 10 by following the steps given on this article:
